Default Question about gauges

Am new here and just got an 03 z enthusiest, and I had just done some work and the guages maxed out on the oil pressure and volt meter for about 10 min at full throttle and about 3/4 full will anything under 2000 RPM's. Since this car is new to me what is the correct settings for the gauges so I don't blow anything up. This is my baby and the first time I was able to get what I wanted, instead of something out of necessaty, because of military commitments and I have a family.

Voltmeter should read 14v regardless of engine speed. Oil Pressure should be 60-70 psi normally, and as high as 90+ at WOT.

Both actually when I am driving and when just sitting, and it just started yesterday. I had removed some monster audio cable, who ever had the car before me used so much and was way overkill with the wire.
