Default Engine/Clutch Problems

I got a 2003 350z with the greddy TT kit w/intercooler. Last night i was driving home and noticed a grinding noise when shifting into 2nd and 3rd. Now today went to start to take to nissan and now when motor is fired up i get a grinding when motor is running with the clutch pedal pushed in.....it's a pretty loud grind and makes me shut the motor off asap.

Any help please?

Best advice is to take it to a shop, tow it if you have to. You'll get your help there. Diagnosing noise(s) over the interwebs is

However, let us know what happened when they figure it out

The sad part bout all this is that in 2006 the stock motor Threw a bearing and broke a connecting rod lol (what a mess) had certified mechanic put in new motor and install tt parts etc. Had car back for 3 days and now the clutch started grinding/stopped driving. Then today the motor started to make and even louder grind noise sounds like clutch not engaging all the way......who knows this Z has to b the biggest piece of $hit i've ever owned......
