Default new tranny

getting my 06 m/t replaced by dealer. i was having problems with noise, hard shifts and sometimes grinding at first i thought it was the clutch but they havnt said anything about it yet. i had the mechanic drive it and they said it would be better to just replace it the new tranny should be here fri. i heard something on this forum about the new trannys being alot better?

Meh, had mine replaced twice on my 06. Supposedly they are better, they all feel the same. Good luck with the new tranny.

The cd0009 trans are the good ones, you shouldn't have to worry about the trannies after '04.5.... Anyways, good luck with the new trans, they all feel clunky but they do hold the power better.
