TSB don't always mean a "problem". Most of them are instructions to dealers on how to handle certain situations that may arise. It's sort of a "DIY". Considering the description there, I'd guess it's instructing dealers in the use of the J-44626 special tool. It's a KENT MOORE J-44626 Oxygen Sensor 22 mm Socket . BTW - that TSB applies to all vehicles Nissan made in 2004.

Why don't you post the code(s) you are getting instead speculating on the solution.

P1283, my bad, I had already made a thread for that issue but I wanted to know if anyone could figure out this one. The reason I speculated was because people told me it had to do with either an air intake leak or a bad air/fuel sensor. Then I found this, and I got excited because I thought something might be an issue with the sensor.....

Sigh, what is very weird is the car runs perfectly fine when the check engine light is off (when it is reset) but the moment it comes back the thing starts acting weird, im wondering if the sensor is crappy, but I dont know how to check it.
