I've got 30,000kms on mine but it's superchargered and putting down a lot of power so I'll probably be replacing the clutch before 100,000kms.

What are you trying to learn or determine from this? How long one lasts? I suspect most people have replaced them for performance reasons at some mileage way below the expected failure/wear limit.

What's the point? Weekend drag racing? Daily driver? Voluntary upgrade?

^^ Exactly, we could make a list a mile long with the factors that affect the clutch life. Without knowing that, the replacement mileage is meaningless.

38k miles. Have not replaced it yet. Still feels like new. I do drive pretty casually so I have no worries about it failing prematurely.

When I got my new motor put in (O/C issues) Nissan said that my clutch needed replacing very, very soon and as long as the motor was already out it would save me about $700 to do it now. The Z only had 21,000 miles on it and I dont always drive like a crazy person. I bought it used with 13,000 miles on it, I think the 1st owner must have been king street racer.

I should've worded it differently. I have an 2008 Z and should not be worrying about having to repair my clutch, but I guess I'm just paranoid and wanted to see how often people replace their clutch. I mainly drive my Z to school (freeway miles). Does the clutch get "looser" or does it remain pretty stiff after a couple months? I have a friend who owns a S2000 and his clutch is very easy to depress.

You'll probably get rid of the car long before you have to worry about a new clutch - unless you can't drive one properly and tear it up before its time.

I'm around 25k now and I want a new clutch and flywheel but I won't get them until the stock clutch is dead.

Give me a new Z and 30 minutes on a track and ill kill the clutch in a few....

Op, sounds like your worrying for nothing........so long as you can drive the car correctly and with it being a freeway daily driver.......you probably might not need to ever worry about it, or worry about it some years down the road..
