Hey whats up everyone

Ok this is my second post here. I have a 2003 350Z and i am getting a problem with my AC system. Where i live it is very hot and there is ALWAYS alot of traffic. If i am driving in mid day traffic my ac would stop blowing cold. The ac light would still be on and you can turn the temp to anything you want it will blow HOT. I noticed when that happens even the ac fan would stop spinning. The ac works perfectly when the place is cool especially in the night or mornings. I took it to my local shop and they said it is a possible "DRIER" problem but i want a second opinion from you guys. Also if it is the Drier where can i get schematics or information on it ? i have to purchase one and take it to get replaced and it is very hard to get parts for that car down here so i dont want to take it out then go running all over to look for the drier. Any information would be greatly appreciated

 

where are you located? if you're in the US it's not hard to get parts. just order online.

It could be a dryer issue. Sounds like the system needs to be vacuumed down and recharged. To get the best service the dryer should be replaced as well.
