Do your parents have any concern whatsoever? My first car had to be a 4 cylinder non negotiable. Geez, in a neighborhood too...really? And why are you even trying to go fast when you JUST got your license? Can't wait to see your first post "Why did my rear swing around when I turned too fast"
OP thought he would sound cool by saying he was driving at high speeds in a neighborhood. 
Oh I forgot to ask, did the car tell you "Warning!!! Danger to manifold" while you were driving at these high speeds?

Man, threads like this are the reason I love this forum so much. I am over 30 and been working hard my whole life and was so excited to get my 2004 ZR in September. This kid gets a z just for turning 16 and driving like an idiot.

So I decided to do manuel mode in my 350z automatic mind you I just got my license a few months prior and havent learned the true clutch manuel yet. I was in my friends neighborhood driving at highspeeds sinces he has alot of straight aways however when I pulled up to my friends house and put the car on Drive it turned the car seemed to turn off on me. My friend said cause I was still in 3rd gear when I put the car back to drive has anyone else had a problem like this?
I gotta feeling the OP is starting this thread just to stir the $hit. He hasn't replied at all, and has too many of the stereotypical "young driver" remarks in the original post.......

step 2- walk away from it
step 3- buy a monthly bus pass and leave driving to someone that knows how to.
