Default Clutch help needed

hey guys i have 06 6spd base z with about 35k miles on it..
i dont know whats going on but i think my clutch is gone... while driving what happens is when i give gas i hear the engine rev but it doesnt go newhere and then suddently it moves. this happens between 2k and 4k rpm on almost every gear after 3rd.
i know most of the people where will say do "SEARCH" but i did and couldnt really get the right answer..
so i have 100k bumper to bumper warranty from nissan.
my questions are
1.) would this be covered under warranty or will be consider as wear and tear?
2.) if i get aftermarket clutch would it void the warranty?
3.) If NOT, then what are the best options i should look at... z is my daily driver and i take it 2 autocross once in a while and do drive bit aggressive time to time.
Thanx

Some parts of the clutch are covered under warranty but if it's the wear and tear parts, I doubt it... Look at your warranty booklet and it has the parts list that is covered... GL

There are some excellent How to verify a slipping clutch? threads. I am certain because I wrote several.

THere are a variety of Aftermarket clutches to fit your needs. Performance and feel similar to OEM clutch at a considerable savings.

That price sounds about right. They get you on the flywheel.
I'm thinking it'll void the powertrain warranty though.

The factory flywheel is like $900-$1100 depending on your dealer, that's where the bulk of the cost is.
