Default differential bushing install

I was wondering if you guys had any tips on getting the front and rear differential bushings out. I was planning on getting the SPL solid bushings, since my rear differential bushing ripped. Thanks!

Well i had no luck pounding it out, couldn't get anything on it to press it out and the air hammer didn't work. I ended up taking a large drill bit and drilling thru the rubber a few times till i could thread a hacksaw blade thru the rubber in the bushing. Once the blade was thru it take about 2 minutes of cutting till the outer casing of the bushing was fully cut and the bushing slid out with the help of my air hammer.

Take my DIY, save yourself the frustration, take it to a shop, they can press or air hammer them out.
