Default clutch issue

i recently readjusted my clutch pedal and noticed when i get in after its been sitting, the clutch pedal is closer to the floor and i actually have to pull it up with my foot to get the catching point where im use to it. i described the problem to nissan and they replaced my master cylinder under warrenty but it didnt fix anything. im not sure if its because the hydraulic fluid is cold or maybe the spring on the pedal is weakening but have any of you got any idea what this is?

oh its an 07 350z

you can adjust the clutch... there's a tutorial on here and you screw to adjust the clutch height. I just got my clutch replaced and readjusted it to make it not "stick" like yours is doing. its trial and error till you find the right setting that's not to high and doesn't stick.

So what you're saying is that the clutch height is fine one moment and then loses height after it sits for a bit? Sounds like a cylinder is leaking. Did they replace your master cylinder or your slave? There's a recall for the 07 slaves for your year. Seems like some people have had their slaves replaced numerous times. I'd take it back to your dealer and have them check this out again.

Are you serious? You'd think that a nissan mechanic actually knew his way around a nissan. It's a 10min fix. Mine is doing the same thing. Need to readjust it again. Here Oh, and make sure you got fluid btw. Nissan proly missed that too.

after the car sits for a few hours the pedal moves down on its own so i have to put my foot under it and lift it up. after that its fine till im done driving. it just weird to me that its actually pulling itself down towards the floor against the spring
