illinois z car or performance shops

Im not sure if this belongs here but here i go.....if there are any shops in illinois that want some cheap advertising let me know. For discounted or free products maybe i can put your name on a decal on my windshield or rear window or whatever. just sort of thought this up the other day if it is a stupid idea just let me know but if not im serious about any suggestions or ideas you might have, i do alot of driving every day and i know advertising is not cheap.
