Airflow meter service ?

Default Airflow meter service ?

I have a check engine light, I took it to the dealer and they told me I need to clean out airlflow meter?
have any of you guys done this and if so can you post pics please or ideas thanks!

Pretty simple really. Stop by your auto parts store and buy a can of mass air flow sensor cleaner, remove the MAF sensor and spray it down with the cleaner.

Might not be a bad idea to pick up a can of throttle body cleaner and do that job while you're working in the same area.

A big +1 as you will save a ton of money.....and this reminds me that i need to do this as im TT and need it more then a na car.

good luck with the throttle body cleaner... if alot of carbon is there and you remove it then a ISC code will set and IAVL needs to be done
