Default Clutch fluid reservoir question.

Is the clutch fluid kept in a separate reservoir from the brake fluid, or do these two systems share the same fluid? I am having my brake and clutch fluid replaced and would like to use different fluids for the two ( OEM Nissan fluid for the brakes, ATE Super Blue for the clutch ).
