Man, the absolute best purchase I have made so far for my Z was my Cusco RS LSD. Thanks to Jeff and Rocky at Performance Nissan for getting it all set up for me. I actually had the diff set up as a full 2 way diff with 60% locking.

I was actually able to Rocket out of 2nd gear corners with NO wheelspin! I couldn't believe it. It was worth at least 1.5 seconds per lap. It does pop a bit at low speed, but the springs in the more expensive RS model really smooth things out. The diff really stabilizes the car on corner entry an exit. In fact, I think the car would be VERY VERY hard to spin. That may sound boring, but it was far from it! I could keep the car just barely oversteering on corner exit, which is very gratifying, with no worry about losing the back end. ALL the power was able to get to the ground. On decel, I could brake LATER because of the diff's stabilizing properties. Nice, very nice!

I already know the overall results of today's Speedventures event, but I will wait until they are official and online. Let's just say that I was challenged (very friendly) by the S2K community and I did the 350Z justice! Actually, I did the community a lot better than just justice!
