Default clutch switch

few months ago, i installed the clutch stopper. (It decrease the amount of the foot travels when you press the clutch). I installed one stopper for the clutch itself and other stopper that touches the switch. (I hope you know what the switch is) From my memory, when i press in the clutch by hand, the center of the stopper hits the center of the switch, but now the right side of the stopper hits the switch..I noticed it after i bled the clutch fluid. Should the center of the original stopper hit the center of the switch?

One more question. How much should the switch pushed in? I think i remember it going half way in, but when i installed the stopper, i made it thicker so that the switch goes in all the way. Half way, all the way, or doesn't matter?

as long as its hitting i wouldn't worry about it. might want to re double side stickey tape it and make sure the area is clean with alcohol first.

This might be just in my head but when the switch goes in all the way, i feel like it shift smoother than when the switch goes in half way..

You don't have to press in the clutch all the way to the floor

I thought it was so that the clutch would engage right off of the floor VS having to adjust the pedal.

Here is the DIY to get a better understanding of what it does - Mines been on for yrs and I just like the fact that I dont have adjust the pedal (you can easily mess something up if not done right). If I want to go back to stock height - I just take it off.. SIMPLE..

I did both height adjustment and clutch stopper. Idk why but mine doesn't engage right off the floor (stopper). It might be because I made the stopper thicker so that the interlock switch pushes in all the way?
