Default Clutch Sticking top end

I notice on long drives 1+ hour long drives my clutch will start sticking at the top end. I can take my foot off and I hear it fully pop up all the way finally which makes shifting a pain in the *** later on. Gets really jerky and annoying.
What could I do to fix this problem?
Not sure if the warm weather makes it worse also. It has done it in colder weather also.

I haven't gone to Nissan yet but I guess I will give them a call/go see them and see what they say. The car has 55k only.

I also don't live to far from the dealership so when I got time I am like I should do it! but it never shows up then lol.

a flush and new fluids will help a bit. but yeah.. its happens to a lot of us. it feels gummy, sticky up top after the clutch gets warmed up.

Basically it seems to go with these steps for fixing the problem:

1)Fluid flush/fill
if that doesn't work
2) Upgrade to SS line and flush/fill
if that doesn't work
3) Replace master and slave cyl
