I don't know for a fact, but seeing as how they are different part numbers, it's likely they are not interchangeable. Plug connections could be different, might not be compatible with your ecu, etc...

This is enough to **** me off. I got charged $530 to replace this part on my 1998 Infiniti QX4 at Nalley Infiniti in Marietta, GA. The part was $250. How I got charged nearly 2-2.5 hours labor to remove one screw and two hose clamps is shocking. The picture you posted is exactly the same part which was replaced on my car. My service engine soon light came on and I received error code P1444 but it pointed to two possibilities and I could not risk buying the wrong part which I could not return. You saved a fortunate. I have 120,000 miles on my car which I purchased new and this was the first thing that has gone wrong. (Knock on wood).
