Hey everyone I was hoping maybe someone else has this similiar issue. I bought my 2003 Z with brand new tires on it at 17K the car now has 35K on it in the last 1000 mls I have noticed a wah wah wah noise while going around corners fro about 40-60 mph. The front tires are starting to slightly feather as they have 18K on them now would this be a normal noise from tires starting to feather or do I possibly have a drivetrain issue. The noise is only while cornering and is not affected by the clutch being disengaged or if under power. Any suggestions? I also checked for any play in the wheel bearings and they seem tight Thanks

 

Tire feathering, have them flipped and get it alligned.

 

If it's a mechanical sound while cornering, it could be a wheel bearing.

 

The wheel bearings seem tight and the car only has 35k, does the Z have known issues with the wheel bearings? Also i am going to rotate the front tires since i cant make the outside the indside on them, they are not directional but have a designated outside marked on them. Should this work just as well?
