Default help me diagnose my friends 03.5 g35 sedan

I was chatting with a friend on AIM and he was describing to me what his car is doing. I thought i'd post up his convo here and see what you all think. what else could be the problem?

Friend:
it randomly stalls and won't restart for about 2-5 minutes. it used to throw a P0340 for the passenger side Cam Angle Sensor. that sensor was changed twice, the driver side was changed once, plugs, fuel filter changed as well. no more check engine light, it still stalls randomly. happens once or twice a week usually, prolly once or twice every 400-600 miles. other than that the car runs great, it is almost like it just cuts out and dies and then you crank and it just cranks, sometimes almost fires and dies again. then you let it sit, and it fires up like nothing wrong. i have only driven 400 miles since the last CAS was changed on the driver side. it has only died twice at stop lights but back when it had a CEL it would also cut out on the freeway but cut back in. it would never die to the point of pulling over on the freeway.

any thoughts from you all?

How does the car idle? Could be throttle body. I've had this kind of problem with my 04 coupe and with my 05 sedan. Got it reprogrammed for $150. Did he disconnect his battery recently. Disconnecting the battery could cause this pronlem too. There was a thread on g35nyc I'll try to find it.

It seems to idle fine. Lli just took a look at it for a sec yesterday and it fred right up and seemed to run fine. Couldn't replicate the problem. Im pretty sure its a crank angle sensor too.
