Question New 06Z owner in need of some help

I bought the 06Z month ago with the following upgrades: K&W shocks and coilovers all the way around, custom upper a-arms, Nismo 1.5 differential (gear ratio 4:11), and 18.5 eworks. Unfortunately I found out my Z has the oil consumption problem. Nissan is replacing the long block free of charge which is nice. While its in the shop I'm going to have all the fluids drained and start new with the car. The car is my daily driver and occasionally ill take her drifting. Any suggestions for the type of fluids I should run for the Engine, Trans, and Diff? Any help would be appreciated.

On a side note, the Diff is making A LOT of noise around turns at low speeds (5-10mph). I understand it's normal for the diff to knock because its a posey, but it seriously sounds like it wants to fall apart... what are some steps i can take to make sure the diff is in good operating condition? (other than to obviously service it)

Welcome. There is a endless conversation of "best fluids" here. Read.

Members claim that exotic oil will take care of problems such as noisy rear differential. I do not fall into this camp. Have a mechanic remover the cover and inspect.
