Hi, I spent the last 30 mins searching and I cant find anyone else with the same problem, every one has clutch pedal problems warm... I have them cold.

05 g35 revup


When the car is cold, or when I first get in the car, the top 1/4th or half is very soft, falls very easily and I have to push down further for better engagement. when as it warms up I get more feeling, then once the car is fully warm the pedal works like normal with resistance as soon as I touch it.

It was happening randomly before so i thought, until i noticed it happens when its cold, and it has been getting worst as every days goes on, there is more and more sof t a soft spot, and yesterday the clutch only came up half way and got stuck, i had to use my foot to lightly pull it up.


I had a new clutch slave installed about a year ago.

any ideas?

 

Bleed the system, let us know what happens.

 

Have a look at the fluid in the master cylinder as well, if it's crap-tastic you may want to just flush it out with some new fluid.
