Im not saying i would do this to my Z(if i had a pos, i think i would try it) but if it helps promote gas vaporization which would increase performance and mpg then that cool i just learned something lol.

Either way just want to know if this is true and something i would share with the community. Either way some what for ***** and giggles so please dont flame, i wouldnt do this to my Z.

 

Acetone costs about $17/gallon. I could fill up for $255. Going to give it a try. Let you know how it works out.

NOTE: Flash point of gasoline is 495 degrees.
Flash point of acetone is 869 degrees.
Will I need hotter plugs?

 

someone didnt read or see the video very well. he only used 2 ounces(or so)..... ugh davidv you need to pay more attention to things. just like my other thread on gearing lol



2 ounces for 10gallons, for our cars it be 4 ounces for 20gallons. Fyi davidv go a head and fill up your tank, get a tune and dyno prove it.

Nice, 350xtcz, So basically it variable is it cant be repeated as easily. Almost like e85 that if you have rubber hoses your F*ed. lol So i guess it plausible lol
