Default Suggestions on what to do next - *Edit, added dyno sheets from my reflash

Hi all. I'm wondering what you guys think might be a good next step for me. I have a 2005 350z Enthusiast 6spd. I have all the basic bolt-ons listed here:

- 19"Rims
- Tein Springs
- Mushimoto CF Intake
- Plenum Spacer
- Berk HFC
- Turbo XS Exhaust

I'm happy with my wheels and suspension setup so not looking to change that at all. I'm looking more for performance. I have about $800 to play with. What would you guys suggest? I've never had the car tuned so I was thinking maybe an UPREV and tune but not sure if anyone else out there has similar or better suggestions. I'm also never going to consider going Turbo so the car will always remain NA. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Well, don't laugh but it just sits in the garage. I take it out for a spin about twice a month just to keep the battery charged and to avoid feeling guilt. I used to do a little spirited driving on the weekends but now that I have a 1 year old I don't have time to play with the car anymore. I'll give the car to my son when he turns 16 or 17 which is a few years away hence the reason I only want to consider doing only mods that won't affect the cars reliability.

The BBK sounds like a good idea. I'm also really considring the UPREV or similar tune just to get all my current mods to really work in harmony and make the best use of them.

Thanks for the suggestions all.

I would get it tuned or add intake spacers, the gears will make a difference, but doesn't affect tuning. The gears add 10 to 15 percent more acceleration in each gear.

What are intake spacers? Are you referring to plenum spacers? If so, I have that. You're about the 4th person to suggest gears. I think i'm going to research that and see how that fits my goals. For now i'm about 75% certain I'm going with an UPREV tune. Just waiting to hear back on a few answers from the guys at R/T. If i go that route i'm getting it done next Monday so I'll report back on how happy I am with that. Its about a 100 mile drive from where I live now so hopefully I'll get to feel the difference on my way home

Yeah, sorry, I missed that on your list, I meant the plenum spacers. You won't regret a tune and as far as the gears read this thread:

Thanks man, i'll check out that link. For now I have scheduled my Osiris reflash for next Monday. I'm pretty excited about that, can't wait. I'll post up my opinion after I get it.

To answer your question sir, get a tune. It'll be the most bang for your buck right now IMO.

"I'll give the car to my son when he turns 16 or 17 which is a few years away..."

For your sake and your son's sake, please don't do that. A 350Z is a terrible car for an inexperienced and immature driver.
