You can clean the throttle body and maf sensor. Then do the idle relearn procedure.

What code do you have? I'm almost sure there is no IAC valve. If you look in you'll find no additional valves or limiters in the throttle body. The job of a IAC is performed by the throttle body, ECM, and MAF working together.

From what you said in the previous post I would visit your local auto part retailer, pick up the specific MAF cleaner and clean the MAF. After that, perform ALL the relearn pedal dance proceedures and see where you are.

There is no IACV. Are you sure you plugged the throttle body back in?

If so, try all the relearn procedures again since timing is crucial and sometimes they won't work.
