Default ACT clutch/flywheel problem

I just installed a stage 2 ACT clutch and a street light flywheel. The kit came with a street friction plate, new release bearing and pilot bearing I bled the hydraulic system and adjusted the clutch pedal to factory specs but here is my problem.

I am getting about an inch and a half pedal drop before i get any pressure prior to clutch disengagement. I thought maybe master cylinder and slave cylinder so I replaced both of them but I get the same thing.

I am at my ends with this. I have maybe 2 1/2 inches of full pedal pressure for disengagement but with the stock set up I had full pedal pressure.

Also, the pedal does not return all the way back, I have to help it out on the last inch.
