We have all heard this rumor. If you have specific information, please quote your source. "They said that the 2005 will . . . " Who is "they?"

I read something about this in one of the Tuner magazines many months ago. It said that NISMO was working on a turbo system with Garrett turbos, if I remember correctly. However, I haven't hear anything in MANY months. Bldrz, where do you get your information? Can you quote a source?

I HAVE SPOKEN WITH OUR PARTS AND SERVICE REP FOR THE NORHTWEST REGION. WE HAVE GOTTEN LISTS OF FUTURE S AND R TUNE PRODUCTS FOR THE ENTIRE NISSAN LINE. ACCORDING TO THE INFORMATION I HAVE BEEN GIVEN THEY ARE DEVELOPING TURBO KITS FOR THE Z ANDTHE SPEC V. HOWEVER, THE KEY WORD IS DEVELOPING, IT IS A VERY TIME CONSUMING PROCESS FOR NISMO. DEVELOPING VS PRODUCING FOR SALE ARE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS. I WILL KEEP EVERYONE IN THE LOOP AS I GET MORE INFORMATION.

I just left my Nissan dealer, where we discussed the 350Z Supercharger.

They told me that indeed it would be offered "after the first of the year". They further stated that the installation would not affect the current Nissan warranty, full coverage. If this comes about then this is the way I will go...the warranty making my final decision.

They told me that the above information was given to them via memo from the Nissan HQ.

They were unable to give me a price, or projected HP output.

If anyone has amplifying info on this keep us posted.
