Nice find. Interesting that 2003-2004 cars require special parts for install - didn't know the oil pan was different the first couple years? I don't know if this will work with oil pan spacers - looks like it is designed to wedge into the upper oil pan?

Looks like Injected Performance sells it (at a good price too) - maybe they will chime in:

That's interesting. That seems like a cheaper solution than buying a baffled oil pan. I have an APS baffled pan, but I just installed an oil cooler and because of the size of the oil pan my oil lines are practically sitting on my sway bar. Makes me nervous. I would heavily consider buying this. Good find.

Honestly, No. I've ordered one for my car and it's supposed to be arriving this week. We'll see if it does.

i was expecting to see more 'doors' in the center rather than on the side.
Does it do a good job on keeping the oil in place when turning? looks like it does the job when accelerating though...idk..i'm a noob.

Hey Kwame... is there a rebuild for the rubber "doors" in the event they get worn and destroyed? I'm just thinking of the long term effect of having those things in hot oil.

Theoretically during turning the oil will still be in the oil pan and near the oil pump but just on the sides. This prevents the oil from retreating into the back of the upper oil pan opposite the oil pump.

You can use the same oil control baffle for a revup. You just would not need the install kit as far as I know.

As far as I know there isn't. Honestly it would take a very long time before you see any type of disintegration and at that point you might as well purchase a whole new baffle as it's relatively cheap.

my hks sump has the baffle plate as shown below. Would it be worth while to run both the cosworth and hks or would it hamper the oil flow too much. With both installed it will box in the oil where the pickup is.

Would this work with the JWT spacer? I don't understand how it is secured exactly.

+1, Kwame, can you chime in here? I'm using an AAM spacer.

I see the 3 holes on the side that faces the lower oil pan that look like they're for securing the baffle, but dont exactly see what they secure it to...
