Default Blown head gasket? Help!

needs some opinion/advice. Since 2yrs ago my car has been blowing ridiculous amount of smoke out of my exhaust. Whether its at WOT or just sitting at a stop light. It used to be black smoke which was good, but this past winter it was white smoke. I thought it was bcs of the cold air but it does it now with the warm weather.

Anyway i pulled my exhaust off couple weeks ago, and i find coolant dripping off my flanges and ripped up flex pipes (mustve been mixed with water bcs there was a lot of green liquid coming out. And we had a flood that week so water got in the flex pipes). I looked at my coolant level and it was at low (i filled it up 2months before checking).

My oil doesnt have that milky effect. My car runs great other than the excessive amount of smoke. So what do you guys think?

THanks in advance

I would have to think that If theres coolant in your exhaust, but no coolant in your oil (you need to make sure), then your cylinder head has some nasty crack/hole between a coolant passage and an exhaust port or ports.
