i am getting a technosquare flashed 350Z ECU off a forum member here that has been usign it on a 2004 G35. I am wondering if anyone can tell me am i able to use it in my car? [2003 JDM 250GT Coupe - 6MT]

My ECU is Nissan FJ MEC31-930 B1 3717

350z 6MT Coupe ECU Nissan CY MEC61-520 01 4y04

My only concern is the keys and NATS5.
Im not using the factory immobilizer, it was disabled during compliance (you could start the car with the key without using the remote to unlock the car, you could lock it with remote, and then manually unlock doo and start car..) a Mongoose M80G put in afterwards. Will this make it more simple for me when using it?

Plan is to use it until i go FI where it will be hooked up with a Utec (same one that is coming with it). I want the speed limit removed, is the technosuare good for me or useless for Australian fuel?

NATS is going to be your issue -- it has nothing to do with the factory alarm... it's a chip in the key itself which is married to the ECU. Uprev can supposedly remove NATS but you have to send them your ECU, and you'll lose the technosquare flash (probably worthless anyway). Pinout is probably the same though.

 

So the new ECU once installed even if all pinouts are right will mean my new ECU wont recognize my key and not start? And if im getting Utec then its pointless getting technosquare reflash ecu ?
