Close to my set up
I have almost everthing you are planning, except the throttle body and the clutch, and I will not run NOS.
I got 276.5 rwhp on the Dynojet as equipped below (different brand of intake and cams, but still pretty close to your set up).
Before I installed the plenum, hi-flow cats and ECU flash, I got 301 rwhp on a Mustang Dynomometer. Go figure.
I have been considering the throttle body and the clutch, but would probably switch out the JWT 14 lb. flywheel for the Tilton 8 lb. flywheel if I do it.
What do you know about the throttle body? Thanks.

I would say mid 270ish to say the best.
There are three cam'd cars I can think of with Borla and/or NISMO headers and their numbers have not been THAT high.
Yet we're dynoing stock cam'd cars with the Crawford headers mid 260s. Your list looks good, but honestly - I would save those extra few dinero and not waste your time with the Borla headers - and give Doug a call. (www.Crawfordzcar.com) Borla works "alright" on a stock car, as do the NISMO - though once you're bringing to the table more than THEY were designed for you will once again be choking the engine.
If you're going to do it, do it right the first time!
Good luck!
