If you put it into drive and have only 2 pedals, you have a 5at , if you have a 3rd pedal (clutch) its a 6mt

Are you referring to what version 6mt you have? If so, there should be a sticker/label on the side of the transmission

the sticker is white and will have a bold number on it. The "good" trans will have 009 on it.

so you have to crawl under the car to read the sticker? thats next to near impossible on my car lol!

Better yet - Ramps. I hate to see somebody under a car supported on a jack, especially the cheapo OEM scizzors jacks.

the sticker is white and will have a bold number on it. The "good" trans will have 009 on it.
