Default custom engine bay...

what kind of paint would i have to use to do custom engine paint job? and how do i take the engine cover off(the thing that says 3.5 v6)? and how would i have to color around the 3.5/v6 emblem?

can anyone help me?

u just remove the bolts at the rear of the cover (at the left and right edges under the stabilizer bar), and the two where the indentations are in the front. i orginally painted mine with a basic primer and mirage brand paint that i got at autozone. i painted the entire cover and then painted back over the letters with flat black paint, and then clear coated it. its not that difficult, but some people just didnt want to bother cause trying to spray paint stuff can be kinda tricky on bent surfaces. however, you will save some money to contribute to other mods.
