No, I don't care about the way Nissan designed it, it's a safety feature. When I first got the car it had wrong sized tires in back and it would engage TCS at unsafe times in the dry. It worked in the wet and I've always left it on in the wet. Dry had to be off and I lived with the button, never bitching as I stated in a previous post.

I just tried to unhook it more permanently out of curiosity. It is annoying to have to push the button upon spinning and stalling at autox, but I'd rather work on not spinning really.

Also, that solution might not work, the negative signal has no path while engine is cranking as all power goes to starter.
