P0011 & P0021 Please Help!
I've been getting an intermitent CEL with P0011 & P0021,
Rough Idle - RPM's drop when clutch is pushed in and will stall at times-vehicle vibrates, engine also rattles.
borrowed a consult and ran some test and at 2k rpm both intake valve timing control solenoids have 0 duty cycle.
pulled drivers side solenoid put 12v to it and it operates fine.
Any thoughts on what is going on
I appreciate any thoughts on this mind boggling issue.
thank you!!!!

P0011 is: Intake Cam Position Timing Over Advanced - Bank 1
Possible Causes:
Incorrect camshaft timing
VCT solenoid valve stuck open or continuous oil flow to piston chamber
Camshaft advance mechanism binding, or faulty VCT unit
P0012 is: Variable Camshaft Timing Over Retarded - Bank 1
Possible Causes:
Incorrect camshaft timing
VCT solenoid valve stuck open or continuous oil flow to piston chamber
Camshaft advance mechanism binding, or faulty VCT unit
Did you check the wiring at the VCT solenoids?
