Default Car throwing p0011 and p021 codes now throwing slip and vdc lights

So recently i bought a 04 track edition z, and everything ran fine on the 400 mile drive home, but when i got home i took it to my local "import tuner" shop to get it all checked out and she what i'm working with, he said that the wiring to the camshaft position Sensors was rigged up real bad and that it needed to be fixed, once they fixed that it started to throw the p0011 p0021 codes, so we put in brand new sensors, code was still there. So next thing i did was bought a new ECU and had it flashed by the dealership and the problem still existed. Also after we did this the car wont go over 3k rpm without limping, I was fine with that for awhile because everywhere i went said it shouldn't cause problems. Recently it started throwing the slip and vdc lights and the car loses all power after driving for about an hour, now its doing it after a drive around the block. I'm out of ideas, any ideas or previous experiences would help!! Thank you

Those two codes are camshaft timing over advance. If you replaced cam sensors and fixed the wiring and still have the codes, maybe the cams actually are over advanced.

How's the oil? My first thought is that the small galleries that feed vvt solenoids or the advance mechanisms in the solenoids or the vvt gear themselves are clogged and can't move properly.

Just a couple ideas.
