Default HR radiators?

I was hoping I could get some help on this. I was wondering why do they only make the 36mm radiators for the HR and they make the 36mm(v core) and the 53mm(r core) for the de. Is it due to a different design where it is unnecessary or does it not fit?

Maybe its me but that doesn't make sense. The bigger the radiator the more coolant can flow through...idk. I know a local shop that makes custom radiators and I was thinking of seeing how much they would charge to make a 53mm

I don't remember the shops name off hand, but I not at a rush to get this started because my warranty isn't up til april. I'm just trying to get some info together before I attempt this.

It's because the R-core doesn't fit without heavy modifications. I've had a DE Koyo R-core in my 07 for over 2 years. The rad required cut/weld fabrication of coarse, as well as serious modifications to the fans and fan shroud, overflow tank, and front support to squeeze it all in with the A/C condenser.
