Default expected gains?

What kind of gains can be expected with an Injen Intake through Borla headers and TD exhaust? I'm working on a budget and trying to get the most HP/ torque for my buck. Suggestions welcome. Between $1500 and $2000.

I would just get the Crawford package for just over $2k and you will see great results. If you do not want to spend that kind of money or need to include installation in those numbers posted, then I would go.

1. Crawford Plenum + Strut bar - $650
2. UR Pulleys - $325
3. High Flow cats - $500

=$1475 + shipping + installation

The headers and High flow cats could be done at the same time and it is about a 6-7 hour job for a shop. Took me 10-11 by myself. The plenum and strut bar are pretty simply and could be done by yourself in an hour or less. So say 8 hours X whatever the going rate is in your area. The headers really take the most time because you have to take everything apart to get at all the nuts. High Flow cats are not nearly as intense but still take some time to install (maybe 2 hours or even less with the right equipment). Pulleys are not that terrible to install given the right resources (1 hour or less).
