Default a 2006 clutch in a 2004

So I have a 2004 Z that deperetly needs a new clutch and my buddy has one form his old 2006 Z that he will give insanely cheap. Do you guys now if the clutches are the same in between these two years?

The diameters are 10mm different, but that *shouldn't* be a problem.

Look at the clutch part numbers. Are they the same? Different?

If the diameters are 10mm different I doubt that the part numbers will match.
