Does anybody know where I can get a blanking cap for a koyo radiator?

Are you referring to a silicone cap for an unused bung or something else?

no a cap that has a 0PSI rating. No spring and bottom seal.

Search google "Greddy type-n cap" or find a Nissan Armada or Titan in a junk yard, those those that type of cap.
