So I installed my wolf tech oil pan spacer and the diffuser plate that was inside didn't fit with the pick up tube extension. I just left the plate out when I put it back together. While cleaning up the garage I saw on the back on the instructions there is a cut out template for the diffuser plate to make it work.

Do I need that diffuser plate or can I just leave it out?

 

If you track the car you need the plate. If you just DD you're fine, but I would replace it at your next oil change.

 

Well I'm supercharging it and only drive it to and from the drag strip. I'd reinstall it before I even drove the car.
