I bet if I locked it I could lift with the current hit and a lower activation point. Problem is welded differentials are not allowed in NHRA specifications.

Thank you! The car has one more revision and it will be done. Aiming for 8's with a couple well placed adjustments and under 600whp, stock axles and rear suspension. I may revise the front suspension though.

you must have pretty easy tech at your track with no cage or window net.

Next revision will be a bunch of work. You'll need a chute, fire suppression, and a certified 10pt cage. I assume your roll bar tubing is within spec so adding the cage will be easy. All that assuming your track cares. Lot of GTRs are running low 9s with absolutely no added safety, so it seems YMMV.

Do you have any under car shots to show TH400 fitment? Who made your driveshaft? DSS?

My current cage is good for 10.0 so technically I should have been kicked. There are times they are farly lax at GLD. The driveshaft was by DSS. I will post a picture of the trans. Fits with plenty of room.

ahh ok, pics make it look like you just have a roll bar and not a cage.

still cant believe how light the car is. 1000 lbs lighter than my g35. Thats like 1sec et difference just in the weight!

Yeah I have a good 10.0 cage that is professionally made by Clocks Off Racing. Greats Lakes Dragaway is a bit more lax on people with quality built cars compared to people how have cobbled together stuff or cheap parts that are questionable. They will start kicking me in the low 9's I'm sure and if it is an event day they will kick me in the high 9's.

Congrats! I was sort of expecting the GoPro to get sucked into the intake. Glad it didn't.

So much potential. Solid rear end would be the icing on the cake

That's actually why we ran the bars all the way back. You can see they actually pass thru the strut brace.
