Default auto to manual swap

Ok so when I purchased my 350z I could not beat the price and the low mileage on the car.
So here is the problem I would like to throw a super charger or turbo on it. When I am finished I would like to have the car roughly 500+ hp. So how I have replaced tranny's before
how difficult would a conversion from auto to manual? The other question is would what would you do first new ignition or cold air intake for more responsive throttling? I already have a catback system.

1 if your planning on doing a swap sell the car and buy a 6 speed, unless you where given the car for half what its worth then its not going to be economical in the least. 2 use the search button if you would have spent 5 minutes doing this you would have known that there is 0 reason to upgrade the ignition. if you cant help yourself then theres very few here who will help you. doubly so why in the universe would you buy a cai if you intend to buy FI that already comes with a induction system.

Don't buy a CAI if you're taking the FI route...because you're just going to sell it. In fact don't buy one, period.

And even if you got the Z for a steal, there's no reason you can't flip it for a profit and buy a 6 speed. The headache and costs of doing this conversion are just not worth it.
