I just put the K&N typhoon CAI on my z and then took it for a test drive, but then I heard that your suppose to drive it with the mod for about 30 minutes without going over 2500 RPM's.

If this is true, then what would happen if I didn't do that for the whole 30 minutes and only did it for about 10 or so??

 

If your car is still running fine, I wouldn't worry about it.

 

You are over reacting bud...
Your Z will adjust to the CAI.
If it will make you feel better,disconnect the
negative pole on your battery.Wait a couple of
hours,or overnite.Hook it back up.
It'll run like new.
