The ps fluid, coolant tank and oil catch can all in one? That's a nice setup and rare piece indeed

Yep that's the one. I wack off to it every night. But 500 bucks for that would get me divorced.

Well the powder coater screwed up and coated the timing covers red.
The brackets for the strut bar were supposed to be red and the covers the plenum color. But oh well.
It worked out though. I like it.

Well if anyone wants to see. Here's the bay as its stands:
So what are the opinions of the black batt/brake covers vs the silver ones?

i did the same thing, red covers on the timing cover. i think black brake/batt covers would draw more attention to the engine.

I'm going to take another couple pics when the coolant overflow tank gets here. With silver covers and with black covers.
I've also debated on painting them red.

You need the heat shield on the intake, you once had one, I would go back to one.

coming together nicely. the comments about "too much red" is because they seem to be too concentrated in one spot so elimminating the red timing covers will help. red is your color theme so nothing wrong but the spread is concentrated. guys have more components in their color themes if you look through the "Engine bay dressup" thread but they spread them evenly in the bay
Take a look at this bay. It has more components in blue than you have in red but they are nicely spread out

That's true. I think as I get more pieces, it will come together.
The weapon R coolant overflow is coming too.

I wanted to ask, is that top of the engine that you painted from red to black with 2 red nuts, thats the top of engine correct with factory plastic cover off? Mines the same, but black. I bought my 350z a month ago and its a 04. I just wanted to make sure if it was like a upgraded intake manifold or stock, though like yours it also has a short ram from Jimmy Wolf that you seemed to also had have how are you liking that injen intake compared to Jimmy wolf Thanks!
