Default Put the RSR exhuast on my car (added video)!!!!!!!!!!

Man this freakin thing screams. The sound is great. Pretty loud though. Im sure I made the right decision on exhuast choices. The weather has been rainy so I cant tell a difference in power yet.

I have videos of the stock exhuast, unbolted exhaust, rsr with silencers , and rsr without silencers. If anyone can host them that would be awesome.

edit: I have the video up now if anyone wants to download it.

That does it lol, i been going back and forth on which exhaust i should buy, but after hearing the RSR i think ive made my choice. It sounds so nice, and luckily, cops in providence dont give two shizzy's about how loud your bein. I heard the stock exhuast is a biotch to remove, is that true.

Would you mind emailing me the clips of the RSR with and without the silencers? I'm starting to lean towards getting this exhaust and your clips might help make the decision for me. My email address is: victor.matos@snet.net

Thanks.

Taking the stock one off wasnt hard at all. Just need to lube up the rubber hangers, and you can slide it right off. The whole job can take less than an hour. And thats with just jack stands.

The new exhaust comes with all the bolts and nuts and 3 new gaskets for it.

It has dried up around here, and I can definitly feel the power now. Seems like it took a couple of days to break in real good, but now I can really feel it.

Does it matter that RS-R uses 409 Stainless instead of 304 like Tanabe, Espelir, etc? 409 Stainless is used for general purpose auto exhaust systems and lacks the heat and corrosion resistance of 304 stainless but is cheaper to use. Someone brought this up with me just yesterday when i suggested the RS-R for his S13 240SX. It even says it on the RS-R website that they use 409 stainless.

I really like the ex-mag GTII and it sounds awesome...just thought they'd use premium materials.

Yeah its starting to get water stains on it. Unlike my Tenabe exh. that I have on my teg, this RSR has water spots on it. I need to bust out the Metal polish quick...

Not sure but I've received 10MB files with no problems. Not sure how big your files are. Look forward to seeing the clips.

I didn't think the stock exhaust was that easy to remove. That rubber hanger on the driver side all the way in the rear was very hard to get off cause that side had two pipes into the stock exhaust. Its not like it took all day, but it seemed like longer than an hour!

Sounds sweet. I like it better without the silencers.

Thanks for putting this video together.

That would be cool but I didnt want to take it off the jackstands. And now I have the exhaust on so I would have to take it off to do the fly by and launch. Oh well, maybe sometime when I have some free time I will try that.

I dont care about the water spots, cuz anythin stainless or chrome is gonna get water spots on it, thas why when it rains you always have spots on your rims, exhausts, and even on your car, I dont care what anyone says, i really like the exhaust and im gettin ready to order it, and thanx for the sound clips cuz its the first time ive heard the exhaust on a take off, and it is sick as hel, RSR all the way.
