Default Clutch slipping / Z1 clutch and flywheel

I have an 06 350z with 110k on it, stock clutch and flywheel, and the clutch is finally starting to slip.

I have two questions, the first, I have all the symptoms of a slipping clutch, rpm jumps without car accelerating and then catches and drops back down as the car starts to accelerate but I never smell clutch... Is this normal? Could it possibly be something else? It happens whenever I generate a lot of torque... Even in 6th on the freeway if I stomp the accelerator.

Secondly, does anyone have the Z1 clutch and/or flywheel and can vouch for their quality? I'd rather spend a few hundred extra dollars and get quality stuff if I'm going to pay the crazy labor to have things replaced. I'm fully NA with no huge plans to go forced induction any time soon, maybe a single turbo in the future, so I don't need anything too crazy but I don't want anything cheap either. Any recommendations would be great.

Thanks!

I've seen the same thing on my buddies z, his flywheel was bad.
