Looking to buy the following items

Jwt clutch and lighter flywheel combo a short shifter and the pop charge jwt and a kinetix racing velocity manifold

Is it worth do some of you guys have any bad experience with the intake manifold or following items

I currently have 2003 nissan 350z track edition
With longtime headers kintex I take plenum injen cold air throttle body spacer .... Greddy e manage Ecu
How would I know if the following mods I'm looming to add will help out my car ?

 

Those headers made by MeLuvu? I heard their excellent for speed.

My thoughts: I added both at the same time so I can't speak to power gain individually but I noticed a very nice increase from about 4K rpms and up. I had this combined with a Borla TD exhaust and the sound was simply amazing. Very mild around town at part throttle and a wonderful snarl at WOT. I have some vids with good sound if you're interested I can post a link. The manifold your talking about still adds power but I think it's best used for boosted cars. Of course it's far more pleasing to look at than the one I have. But I've never had any issues with these mods and I have never had any regrets about either.
