Default WTH is up with Non Stop Tuning!!!

Sorry if I'm posting in the wrong section but I am furious!!! I need help, I purchased NST's Pulley set for my HR over 2 weeks ago and I've yet to here from them or an email or anything. I paid $260 shipped for the set of pulleys and I have proof of purchase and I feel they are beating around the bush, I've sent 5 emails I've called every single day since they only open Monday through Friday from 12pm-6pm and nothing, Nada, Zip, zero!!!!

Please help guys.

Tip: Call your bank and file a dispute - non receipt of merchandise goods. You'll get immediate credit, and NST will email you the next day since that'll get their attention. This is only if you are willing to go for other pulleys.

I ordered NST Pulleys back in October, called 10+ times over 3 weeks, reply to emails took 3-7 days, promised a shipment date then delayed by 2 weeks only to have to call my bank and grab their attention. I've seen their pulley dynos on the370z, and the gains seem consistent, but their customer service is absolutely terrible. You'll get it in the end, the product that is, but expect virtually no support / customer service after.

Wow unbelievable that a "Legit" company would do things like this to people that are actually interested in their products. Thanks guys for your input and I will file that complaint with my bank, I've never done this before so hopefully everything work out.

From my understanding they used to be much more active with their customer service, but as the years have come by and they've gotten better reputation for their products that's pretty much gone downhill. If you're willing to wait for the product then by all means do so, but I just got to the point of frustration and went with Stillen as an alternative. You'll get the product in the end from NST, but the end could be a week, a month or three months.

Really weird, I've never had or heard of any issue with NST. Every time I see them at events and stuff they're all really awesome people, I'm sure this was just an oversight or something. Good luck with whatever happens, man.

^ Besides my issue (3 weeks of emails and one reply, them contacting me the day after I file a bank dispute) they have had various issues on the370z and other forums (e.g. 8thcivic)

http://www.the370z.com/engine-drivet...charts-37.html

Last two pages alone have a couple of complaints. I would've loved to install their products, plenty of dynos to back them up, but the lack of customer service and fear of virtually no support after made me go another direction.

You know you are pretty deep down the mod train when you are buying pulleys

I bought a pulley once... but it was a custom $600 Unorthodox 8-rib supercharger crank pulley when I had my custom v-mount supercharger setup on the Z
