Default HR gasket mod for VQ35DE

Folks,

I have a built block that's being assembled at the moment and the jackets were honed out so we can use the HR head gaskets. The jackets were honed out a whole inch. If I remember correctly they are only supposed to be honed out 13 mm I believe. I want to know if having the jackets hones a whole inch will cause any problems? Any info will be appreciated.

It won't cause any issue. It's just a coolant passage and after looking at mine it's not really in a high stress area so a little extra shouldn't cause any issues.
