Default Quick Question

Hey guys, so I was thinking about buying a 2003 350z touring edition from this guy around here that i found on craigslist

i need some help tried googling but to no avail

the seller had his engine swapped with a 2005 rev up motor, so instead of having the VQ35DE he has the VQ35DE-R, i looked up the specs and obviously the only things that change are:

Rev Limit
VQ35DE: 6600rpm
VQ35DER: 7000rpm
VQ35HR: 7500rpm

Horsepower
VQ35DE: 287 hp @ 6,200 rpm
VQ35DER: 300 hp @ 6,400 rpm

Torque
VQ35DE: 274 lb-ft @ 4,800 rpm
VQ35DER: 260 lb-ft @ 4,800 rpm

(CVTCS) Continuously Variable Timing Control System
VQ35DE: Intake valves only
VQ35DER: Intake and Exhaust valves (electronic variable valve timing on exhaust side)

the question that i want the answer to is will the vq35de-r give me any problems due to the fact the the rest of the 350z is a 2003 touring that has a vq35de stock? the front cam sensors in the 350z im looking at are disconnected so does them being unplugged men that the engine is running at normal timing?
